Session Overview

This optional, drop-in session offers employees a calm space during the workday to step away from pressure and reconnect through simple creative expression. Guided by artist Duaa Belbasi, the experience uses art as a tool for relaxation and emotional release, not performance or skill.

Participants are invited to engage at their own pace through light, guided art activities that promote calm, presence, and mental clarity. No artistic background is required. The focus is on process, not outcome, making it an accessible and inclusive wellbeing experience for all employees.

This session works especially well during high-demand periods and as a restorative winter or Ramadan-friendly activation.
