Overview

A practical and engaging workshop designed to help employees understand and manage their mental energy — the foundation of focus, clarity, and performance at work.

Unlike traditional stress management sessions, this workshop focuses on how mental energy is used, drained, and restored throughout the workday. Participants learn how to recognize overload, take effective mental breaks, and apply simple techniques to reset their thinking.
