Overview
A practical and engaging workshop designed to approach workplace safety from a holistic wellbeing perspective, connecting physical health, mental awareness, and daily habits to overall safety and performance.
This session goes beyond traditional safety training by highlighting how factors such as sedentary behavior, lack of movement, smoking, fatigue, and reduced awareness can increase workplace risks. It encourages employees to take a more proactive role in maintaining their own safety and the safety of those around them.
Through discussion, reflection, and real-life scenarios, participants gain a deeper understanding of how everyday behaviors impact safety, and how small changes can significantly reduce risks.
