An interactive session designed to explore how AI can be used to enhance employee wellbeing, reduce mental overload, and improve daily work efficiency.

As work becomes faster and more demanding, many employees experience cognitive overload, constant switching, and reduced focus. This session introduces AI as a support tool — not to replace people, but to help them work smarter, simplify tasks, and create space for better thinking and wellbeing.
